Hi, I’m Miriam and the founder of Feel Good Junkies. As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Core & Diastasis Consultant, I help empower expecting and postnatal mothers with safe, fun and sweaty workouts to keep them fit during pregnancy, train for birth, and heal / re-strengthen postpartum. Preventing and healing abdominal separation is at the forefront of our goals as we believe a functional inner core unit will be your best friend during your biggest marathon yet-birth. Languages: native German speaker, fluent English.

In 2020, I am one of two new childbirth preparation trainers in The Hague. Courses include the five evening series on Wednesdays, or the one day course on Sundays. I predominantly teach the 5 evening courses. Please register on time for one of these popular courses to avoid disappointment.

Access has been serving the international community since 1985.

Semin is my backup doula. She is the owner of Birth Wish in Rotterdam, and offers support to women and couples who are on their journey to become pregnant, give birth, and welcome their new life. She works as a fertility, birth & life coach, a doula, and a photographer. With passion & commitment, she is ready to help you throughout these transformative processes. As a witness of these special moments, she loves to also document them with her camera. She is happy to assist you in making your wishes come true.
