Kraamzorg/Maternity Care:

Prices are covered by your insurance depending on the type of coverage you have. If you have basic coverage, you are required to pay a contribution of 5.10 Euro per hour(2024). Parking costs are not included.

Main Doula Service Package: *1260 euro (incl. 21% VAT)

Free introductory meeting at your home or online (approx. 1-2 hours)

2 prenatal home visits to prepare for the labor and delivery, emotionally and physically (2 hours each visit)

Unlimited e-mail and phone contact, support, and advice

Includes 24-hour on-call duty as of 37 weeks (incl. weekends, holidays)

Continued emotional and physical support during the labor and delivery (home or hospital), regardless the duration of your labor and delivery

2 hours of transitional care immediately after the birth

1-2 postnatal home visits, depending on whether I am also hired for the kraamzorg (2 hours each visit)

 

Doula Service Package with Body Ready Method® Consultation: *1350 euro (incl. 21% VAT)

Main doula service + 2 hours of Body Ready Method® alignment and posture assessment and exercises (includes a pre-visit intake form). I will look at the upper body, movement patterns, core, pelvis and pelvic floor (the 5 pillars of BRM), and suggest a focal point to work on that is unique to your body. Looking at these 5 pillars during pregnancy can help to have a more efficient birth, minimize aches and pains during pregnancy and optimize recovery. A lot of alignment issues originated before pregnancy and become more obvious as the baby grows. The body is very good at compensating, but with such big changes during pregnancy, most bodies cannot keep up with these changes. We see that people experience discomfort or pain. When the body is not aligned, the baby needs to work more to navigate into and out the pelvis. 

 

Last-Minute Service Package (after 37 weeks): *1000 euro (incl. 21% VAT)

Free introductory meeting (approx. 1-2 hours)

Includes 24-hour on-call duty as of 38 weeks (incl. weekends, holidays)

Continued emotional and physical support during the labor and delivery (home or hospital), regardless the duration of your labor and delivery

2 hours transitional care immediately after the birth

1 postnatal home visit, approx. 2 hours

 

Other Services: *95 euro for 2-hour visit (incl. 21% VAT)

Childbirth preparation, private

Body Ready Method® consultation to promote better alignment and optimal space for the baby

Overdue consultation, encouraging labor naturally

Breech consultation, encouraging more space for baby to turn through specific exercises (most effective at 34-35 weeks)

 

Postpartum Doula Service: *37,50 euro/hour (incl. 21% VAT)

Extra care when the kraamzorg help leaves. This includes mother and baby care, help with breastfeeding, plus light housekeeping. There is no introductory meeting for this service. 

 

*Prices include 21% VAT, traveling time, and transportation. Parking costs are not included. Clients who reside 30 kilometers outside The Hague area will receive a separate quote for my additional travel expenses (0,19 Euro/km and, if applicable parking cost). This does not apply to the kraamzorg price.

Depending on your health care insurance, you can get a small amount reimbursed. Please check with your insurer.
